Ancient Knowledge

The more I dig, the more I uncover links to the possibility of ancient knowledge of physics far beyond popular conception. It is still very unclear to me personally but I will try to present some of the information here as I discover it. This page is currently in development.

States of Matter

It seems as though earth, water, air, fire and spirit could possibly be a convolution of an ancient understanding of the states of matter: solid, liquid, gas, plasma, Aether. In Greek mythology ether was the 'upper air' that gods breathed.

Anyone well versed in archeology knows that the knowledge of celestial events in ancient peoples points out that there was a great deal of knowledge they had accumulated that is now lost across the span of generations. Most of the ancient cultures looked skyward for answers as can be seen in Stonehenge and other henge structures throughout the world as well as in the accuracy of the Aztec, Inca and Mayan calendars which had predicted eclipses long after the societies had ended. Another example of their advanced knowledge is the alignment of the pyramids at Giza in Africa, Angkor Watt in Asia and I believe the same is true of some set of South American pyramids as well. Graham Hancock is a leading personality in the field of alternative theories of civilization. Though I don't know much about his work, what little I know about his observations of pyramid alignment is very compelling.

These pyramids are aligned with their matching constellations of Draco and Orion for when they can be seen on the horizon. However, they are not aligned for today, nor are they aligned for the time at which they were built but instead pointing at the same specific point in the ~25000 yr precessionary period of Earth's rotation . Personally I don't feel this is any evidence of little grey men but it shows the efforts of large societies of people that were aimed at specific knowledge attained it.

Additionally, the possibility of a fairly advanced civilization before the ice age is not a huge leap of faith. If mankind was almost wiped out of existence by the ice age, the knowledge that would be passed down by the survivors would be fragmented and vague, just as it would if such an event happened today however I'm sure some small remnants would be left somewhere even after millions of years when speaking of a civilization of our current proportions and progress which leads me to believe that though they may have been advanced mathematically, their population and technological progress had to be significantly below our own or extraordinarily different in its growth pattern.

Vedic Teachings?

Perhaps it is a load of bunk but the possible connection of Vedic teachings and Nikola Tesla is very interesting. My ears perked up expecially when I found that my own theories lined up with these supposed texts.

It was this alleged quote of Tesla that caught my eye:

"There manifests itself in the fully developed being , Man, a desire mysterious, inscrutable and irresistible: to imitate nature, to create, to work himself the wonders he perceives.... Long ago he recognized that all perceptible matter comes from a primary substance, or tenuity beyond conception, filling all space, the Akasha or luminiferous ether, which is acted upon by the life giving Prana or creative force, calling into existence, in never ending cycles all things and phenomena. The primary substance, thrown into infinitesimal whirls of prodigious velocity, becomes gross matter; the force subsiding, the motion ceases and matter disappears, reverting to the primary substance."
